CUSTOM CALL STATIONS
overview
The Four Button Station typically provides four distinct call-in priorities such as Transport, Cleaning Needed, Cleaning in Progress and Bed Ready. These buttons can be customized for other types of calls such as STAT Clean. Typically the station is used to notify Transport of a discharged patient, contact Environmental Services that a room needs to be cleaned, indicate cleaning is in progress, and finally that the bed is ready for a new patient. However, this default configuration can be customized to suit your facility's exact needs from an entire unit down to an individual room. Any room can easily be fitted with Code Blue alarms to meet JCAHO requirements while personalized notifications to locations such as labs, maternity wards, and various staff members is simply one button away.
